Tilton Students Honor Black History Month – Tilton School

Students and faculty worked together to educate and raise awareness

Throughout the month of February, Tilton students and faculty have worked together to honor Black History Month. Tilton’s Black Student Union (BSU) is an organization open to all students and faculty, regardless of race, that aims to raise awareness about issues of race and provide a place for students of color to find community within their Tilton experience. 

This month, BSU members designed posters that hung in the halls throughout campus that highlighted Black men and women who made an impact through their advocacy and actions. The full slideshow can be seen below.
