Tom Pratt joined Tilton as Chief Advancement Officer on March 3, 2025. With 35 years of experience in advancement and nonprofit leadership, Pratt brings deep knowledge of New England boarding schools and the Lakes Region, having served in key roles at Kimball Union Academy and, most recently, as a Leadership Gift Officer at New Hampton School.
During his time at Kimball Union and New Hampton, Pratt led leadership and planned giving programs, managed a robust portfolio of donors, and helped establish 27 new endowments, including securing one of the largest gifts in New Hampton’s history.
Before his advancement career, Pratt played professional hockey after being drafted by the Calgary Flames, later coaching at Bowling Green State and New England College. He then spent 21 years at Northfield Mount Hermon in various leadership roles, including Director of Athletics and Boys hockey coach.
He and his wife Linda are excited to join the Tilton community. They are proud parents of two adult sons and grandparents to four young Pratts.
