4:00 pm- 5:00 pm: Day Student Ice Cream Social – Knowles Lobby

4:30 pm- 4:45 pm: Head of School & Dean of Community Life Welcome – Knowles Lobby

All Student Registration: Tuesday, September 3, 2024

1:00 pm – 2:40 pm: Registration Stations – Admissions Circle 

2:40 pm – 2:55 pm: Advisory Meet & Greet New Families – Various Locations assigned by Community Life Office

3:00 pm – 3:30 pm: Head of School Welcome – Alumni Amphitheatre (Davis Lecture Hall rain location) *Parents Only

3:00 pm – 3:30 pm: Students and Faculty change into Formal Dress

3:30 pm: Students Processional Line-Up – Academic Quad (Formal Dress) *Parents will line the Chapel walkway 

3:45 pm: Processional to School Meeting – Academic Quad (Formal Dress) *Parents will depart campus

3:50 pm – 4:35 pm: Convocation & School Meeting – Fred A. Smart Chapel 

4:45 pm: All School and Class Photos – Mansion Terrace (Refreshments Provided)

5:30 pm: Formal Dinner in Formal Dress – Masiello Dining Commons (Seating by Advisory)

8:00 pm: Day Students Depart Campus  

8:00 pm: Boarding Students Check-In and Remain in Dorms for the Evening
