Date and Details
This year’s Prom will be on April 29, at Mojalaki Country Club in Franklin. Tickets are $80 per person and registration is online. Families will be billed through the student FACTS account.
The attendee list will be finalized after April 7, so tickets must be purchased and outside guest paperwork submitted by this date. A permission form must be filled out for all outside guests, and all signatures received before submitting for approval to the Dean of Students.
All student drivers attending the event will be asked to give their car keys to the AOD at the Pre-Prom Social. Keys will be returned to students transporting themselves off campus by the AOD at the end of the evening. A text notification will be sent to a parent of the student who is departing in their own vehicle when the key is returned.
Schedule of Events
5pm-6pm: Pre-Prom Social sponsored by the Parents Association
6pm: Shuttles to Mojalaki Country Club will depart from the Pre-Prom Social
6:15pm-7pm: Photos and open soda bar
7pm: Dinner. Menu includes house salad, warm rolls, brown sugar roasted butternut squash, pasta primavera, garlic mashed potatoes, roast chicken, and steak tips.
7:30pm-10:30pm: Dessert station and dance floor are open
8pm-10:30pm: Fire pit, staffed by an attendant, and s’mores bar on the outdoor patio
10:00pm: First shuttles departing from Mojalaki Country Club to return to campus.
10:30pm: Last shuttle departs from Mojalaki Country Club to return to campus.
10:30pm-11pm: Pizza in the Student Center in the MARC. Students who are departing campus check out with AOD.
