The Tilton School in Tilton, NH is creating a new girls ice hockey development team. This team is designed for passionate and promising young athletes who are ready for a prep school experience and have big goals of playing at the varsity level and beyond.
Not everyone is ready for varsity hockey the moment they reach high school. Birth dates, injuries, and even late starts can require young athletes to take more time to grow, get stronger, and gain experience, yet there are few programs at the high school level that offer this type of development programming.
At Tilton we are leading the way in creating a space so more girls can stay in the game, play competitively, and aspire to whatever they want to be as a hockey player, all while experiencing the academic rigor, warmth, and support of a small boarding school community.
