Brooks McQuade ’04

A 2004 graduate of Tilton, McQuade has been at Tilton for over 11 years first serving as an assistant coach for both boy’s ice hockey and baseball, then as head coach for the Boys’ Varsity Ice Hockey team and as an Admissions Associate. McQuade is a certified Level 4 USA Hockey Coach and certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting.

The 2019-2020 season was McQuade’s fifth leading the Tilton boys’ hockey program. Under his guidance, the Rams were able to capture the 2020 Lakes Region Championship, the programs first since 2011. In 2019 he guided the Rams to a 22-8 overall record entering the Piatelli/Simmons Tournament as the number one seed. The Rams would go on to win the New England Small School Championship, the first in 17 years for the program. McQuade was later named “Prep Coach of the Year” by the New England Hockey Journal as well Lakes Region Coach of the Year.

McQuade earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire and a Masters of Business Administration with a certificate in Investment and Finance from Plymouth State University. McQuade lives on campus with his wife Susie and their son Brooks III.
