Lauren Wentworth serves as the Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement at Tilton School. She brings a wealth of experience in alumni relations, event planning, and community building from her extensive background in higher education and collegiate athletics. Most recently, Lauren was the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at Plymouth State University, where she led strategic initiatives to strengthen alumni engagement, enhance fundraising efforts, and execute large-scale events. Prior to that, she built a successful career in college athletics as Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at both Transylvania University and Thomas College. A multi-time Conference Coach of the Year, Lauren guided her teams to championship titles while mentoring student-athletes in leadership, academics, and personal development.
Lauren lives in New Hampton with her husband, Jon and two dogs, Queso and Maggie.
