Rachel Rogers is the Advancement Operations Coordinator at Tilton School, where she supports the Advancement Office through database management, gift processing, and the development of the Alumni Newsletter.
A proud alumna of Pomfret School (Class of 2002), Rachel brings a unique blend of creativity and experience to her work. Following her graduation, she spent a transformative semester in Devon, England, where she hand-built a custom dreadnought guitar—an experience that reflects her passion for craftsmanship and music.
Rachel went on to earn her degree from Clark University in Worcester, MA. After five years in retail marketing, she found her calling in the world of Advancement. Before joining Tilton, she served for a decade as Director of Communications & Advancement at Marianapolis Preparatory School, where she oversaw alumni relations, fundraising, and strategic communications.
Outside of her professional role, Rachel enjoys writing, reading, hiking, singing, and playing a variety of instruments. She lives on campus with her husband, JD—Tilton’s Dean of Enrollment Management—and their three children: Cecilia, Lewis, and Finley.
