The Compass Fall 2022 – Tilton School

The Compass Fall 2022

This issue of The Compass takes a look at our newest programs on the Hill, a 500 mile pilgrimage, and a Legacy Project nearly 200 years in the making.

Armed with facts and stories plucked from the school’s archives, Sara Thibeault ’23 played host to nearly 300 people who came out to a public Book Fair at the Charles E. Tilton Mansion.

Tilton School officially kicked off its 177th academic year with its annual Opening Days festivities.

Back home on the Hill six years after graduating, Nick Waring ’16 is making history as the school’s new (and first) Coordinator of Strength and Conditioning.

Tilton faculty members Terri Smith and Julie Caldwell P ’24, ’26 took the trip of a lifetime to complete a portion of the Camino De Santiago pilgrimage — hiking nearly 200 miles through Northern Spain.

See how today’s Tilton faculty and staff are finding new ways to bring the best education to students, through supporting their own academic endeavors.

Step out of the classroom and into the world beyond the Hill in the all-new Student Experience Block.

In the 9th Grade Seminar, the student becomes the teacher through the robust  TA Program.
